I'm a developer and skier from the High Coast in the north of Sweden. Passionate about leadership, entrepreneurship, and startups and the possible impact of their success. Co-founder of Grenzen and Impact Quest, startup veteran, and, most importantly, a husband and a father.

You can find me on Twitter or LinkedIn.

Founder of Grenzen

Grenzen is an organization built to utilize everything I've learned from the startup rollercoaster. Things such as a sense of urgency, done is better than perfect, and all the other clichés you'll find on the walls of young and ambitious companies. I work as an independent consultant to help the builders and the makers. Help with software engineering, design and architecture, leadership, team management, and recruitment.

Engineering Lead & Manager at Karma

I joined Karma when it was just a little baby company. The tech was fresh and duct-taped. Over the years, I've gotten the opportunity to build many things from a blank page and throw away many of them. The innovation philosophy is to make things fast but good with minimal investment (emotional, financial) so we could test with customers. For four years, I led the team responsible for the B2B side of the platform, and for the past two years, I got the opportunity to build Karma Boxes subscriptions (now decommissioned) and Karma Order & Pay that's currently powering the future of service. It always started with a kernel of an idea, then we built it fast and found the correct iterations together with our customers. I remain at Karma as an independent consultant.

Co-founder of Impact Quest

We're passionate about building the next great startup community over the coming twenty years. We run ovik.dev, High Coast Startup Week, Nätverkspadel and organizing the first Impact Fest in Sweden. Right in the middle of the High Coast world heritage site. It's a three day festival with a mission to inspire, encourage, and enable as many as possible to live a life of positive impact for their local communities and the planet.

Course instructor in Leadership and Skiing

I've been teaching people to ski for the past 12 years. Currently, I'm working as a course instructor, guiding the next batch of instructors in their journey to teach others how to ski and lead. I'm a member of Friluftsfrämjandet's team of instructors in the northern region, focusing on delivering the best course experiences we can. It's a great challenge when it comes to developing one's leadership abilities and physical fitness.
